Hi,

I recently bought a Chuwi Hi10 from Aliexpress last week.

I have a concern, the unit I bought was supposed to be windows 10 only but arrived with dual OS (android and windows)

The serial number is Hi10 Q64G42151100383

Bios shows in windows as C206_C106F.233 x64 dated 20th July 2016

So what version have I got and should I upgrade to which version to get latest ?

Should this serial number be live over 3000+ and not 383 only

Problems I have noted so far in use 3 days:

1) Sometimes tablet just turns off
2) touchscreen sometimes is off, pressing on the screen is not accurate, shows an offset of lke 25 mm to the right of where u touch
3) Frequent errror when shutting down: Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart.... DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE
4) Charging takes a very long time, practically does not charge at all if it is on.

Anyone with some advise please chime in, maybe I have a lemon, shoudl I return it ?

Thanks,

Will

Your s/n is between 42151101029-3000? No.
Your s/n is between 42151100001-1028? Yes! So this page.

You might try to flash the bios.

@mouaisien

Thanks, already did the recovery from usb1/usb2 from the link at Your s/n is between 42151100001-1028? Yes! So this page. This repartioned and install windows for single OS but when you reboot the screen still shows android or windows for 10 secs, I wanted to remove this so that it boots straight to windows

Where to get the right bios for 64 bit as I tried the one listed but during flashing it says incorrect bios...
