I don't understand how to update the touchpad, it is very exhausting to control my win10 via the touchpad.

Just to make sure, I downloaded the driver and choose via right click on the *.inf and choose install, it didn't help in any way

I updated the BIOS of Tablec and the screen went black, BIOS was removed from the post and still no solution. We have the tablet with no operation.

Do you have any plans to solve the problem?
Is there a new BIOS to restore the original BIOS?

Not replying and removing bios download from the first post is like aknowledging the problem. Chuwi is guilty of tablet bricking and it is not giving any solution.

We still have no solution for the BIOS that killed our tablet.
Chuwi does not manifest himself. My tablet is dead for 10 days.

Up to now my tablet works and after the experiences of other customer i'm not sure to try it.

Hi, try to plugin the cable as hard as you can, I had same issue which was solved by plugging hard into the tablet.

I hv bought new data cable now it works fine
