I don't know what is added or updated though.
You can find out if the driver package, contains an audio driver that fixes your problem or not. Then consider the next step after the result. See what you think.

Download all the windows files unzip using Winrar, copy files to a Fat32 formatted USB disk (>8G), then reboot the tablet, enter bios choose install from USB. The procedure takes around 35 minutes.

- I am trying to restore the factory windows image but I get error 1392 when the install process reaches 3% (see screenshot)
- The usb stick is formatted in NTFS and named WINPE.

What should I do ?

There is nothing wrong with the rar files, just downloaded them last night, unrared the files, put them on a USB styick and installed on my Hi13 without any probs
