My CHUWI HI13 is Model CWI534 HI13 Q64G4517090838.I can see the dotted chip. But the Number is unreadable for me. Is it the typical Winbond?

Hello, I bought the chuwi hi8 tablet last year and now it does not boot any more, so I wonder if there is how to send it to be repaired. I bought the tablet at banggood in September 2017. If you can help me by indicating the authorized technical service so I can send it already it would help me. Thank you.

Hi, Have you tried anyway to try to turn on the tablet?
Missing to know that was the last thing he did with the tablet, many of these problems come from unexpected blackout when they are installing Windows updates.

Can you try this? Connect the tablet several hours with your charger, (check that the charging LED is illuminated) after 4-5 hours you can press the power button for more than a minute to see if you turn on the tablet.

Another option would be to open the tablet and check with an electricity meter the status of the battery and if it really receives power when charging the battery.

I have the last problem. My motherboard is broken. I already wrote an E-Mail to the service(1-2Months ago) but they had not answered so far. How is it possible to solve this problem?

I have the same problem. My chuwi is hi10 pro. Doesnt turn on, there's no charging light,  battery it's ok, 3.7 volts... I have followed all steps and still bricked.
