Hi to all.

Still waiting for a replay.

There is in the forum a thread with instructions to reinstall the Windows 10 for HI12 sure, but I think will be similar for HI8 (just you need the image of OS).

Who has a bricked HI12, maybe my description below may help you.

My HI12 has the battery leakage problem (as a lot of HI12 owners). When the tablet is turned off battery charge goes down. I forgot to charge the tablet and the charge goes zero ad the tablet could not charge anymore (even last one day with charger plugged). I have opened the tablet, plug it in charger and measure (with a multimeter) the points where battery wires are soldered, and discovered that voltage are totally crazy, goes from 1,5 to 3,65V randomly. I short-circuit the two points for a second, and for my surprise, the voltage stabilized in 3,7V and the tablet begun to charge. I don´t know if this a hardware or bios problem. This condition happened 3 times (or more) with it and I have solved it as above. Today I will open it again (cause it is not charging again).
I hope this could help other (even with a delayed post)!!!
If someone needs help let me know !
