It must work correctly like this

Alright, thanks. The battery depletes even when the tablet has been switched off. is there anyway to stop that?

And the time is never correct when I boot into Windows or Android. Can that be fixed?

You can always restore to factory with the roms that exist in the download area of your tablet. This will return the tablet to the situation of when you bought it.

Hello. While I was updating to Dec 2017 update using an ISO stored on a 16g flashdrive connected through an adapter, the tablet restarted twice an after the second restart gave this error: Please insert the external storage media and click Ok.
I have removed and returned the flashdrive containing the ISO but nothing is happening. The touch is not responding. What can I do now?

The storage capacity of the Hi8 Pro tablet for Windows is very tight, especially if you do not have deleted files from old Windows installations. This is most noticeable when Windows needs to make new installations and therefore requests an external storage medium that uses as temporary auxiliary storage during the update.

My advice is that, first, make a release of space in C: and to do this, click on C with the right button, properties, free space, perform a scan and click on clean system files, perform another scan and free space that can allow you to perform the update.
