Is it possible to post manual and drivers for the Surbook now that it's shipped? After clean install, a lot of missing drivers which cannot be found.

The truth is that I do not understand why a clean installation on a computer just received. You did not have time to test it and now you need some drivers that we do not know when Chuwi will release.
At least you could have removed the drivers from the newly received tablet and taken a backup.
I can not tell you when they will be available.

Thank you for your reply. I'm used to clean installs and experimenting with hardware but it would have been wise to make a backup of the drivers with powershell first. But it's a habbit to download latest drivers/firmware always. Maybe someone is so kind to export all the drivers with powershell as a quick workaround and publish a download link with a rar/zip as a first start before an official download location with driver installations is available.

I think it is normal procedure to post drivers, firmwares and images for any new product in case customers need te reinstall or fix things.
I assume Chuwi makes good products, but clearly has a lot to learn about communicating with customers and providing support.
