I have managed to have ubuntu working in the Lapbook air even if the bios do not have "OS Select" option (bios last version of 28/09/2017)
The procedure is complicated and I will update this tutorial.

Here a summary :
1- From within WIndows 10, install rEFInd UEFI boot manager
2- Boot directly from the ubuntu ISO using the kernel and initrd with rEFInd
3- Install ubuntu
4- Reboot and use rEFInd to load and run Ubuntu (grub will not works)

Procedure :

1- Install rEFInd from within Windows 10:
rEFInd is a boot manager that works in UEFI mode.
Download rEFInd and install it using EasyUEFI tool or manually by following this Insall rEFInd under Windows

2-  Download Ubuntu iso and copy it somewhere in an SDCARD or an USB pendrive (not in internal storage!) : saying E:\iso\bionic-desktop-amd64.iso
3-  Extract somewhere this 2 files from this iso file : vmlinuz and initrd.lz (locate them in casper floder. note that names may change for your iso)
4-  Using EasyUEFI or manualy, add those 2 files in the ESP (EFI System Partition) : saying \EFI\UBUNTU\vmlinuz and \EFI\UBUNTU\initrd.lz
5-  Reboot your LapBook Air : it must boot rEFInd (otherwise enter bios and force booting rEFInd)
6-  In rEFInd, select the UBUNTU entry without typing ENTER, just select it and type F2 or TAB to edit it
7-  Append the line proposed (after a space) with this : iso-scan/filename=/iso/bionic-desktop-amd64.iso file=/cdrom/preseed/ubuntu.seed boot=casper
8-  Type ENTER to boot UBUNTU : Miracle it boots
9-  Install UBUNTU alongside with Windows 10 (or as you want)
10- Reboot : rEFInd will add 2 entries for booting this freshly installed UBUNTU : one for grub (not use it) and other one you must choose.
11- Enjoy

For me (daily Ubuntu 18.04) it works perfect except touchpad, I use and USB mouse.
If some one have a workaround for the touchpad ...

rEFInd is a good boot manager that can boot also Windows 10 and others.

I'm receiving this laptop soon, I'm planning installing Arch Linux on it, could you guys send the output of several logs and details so I can start figuring out what is preventing the touchpad from working?

dmesg output, xorg log, lspci and lsmodules would surely help!

I am sorry for a stupid question)
What exactly is necessary to download here?
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.14-rc7/
Is it enough just to install this package or do you have to do something else?

Get this 3 files for amd64 and put it in a directory and "sudo dpkg -i    linux-*"

Build for amd64 succeeded (see BUILD.LOG.amd64):
