Hi,
currently I bought a Chuwi Hi 10 Pro with serial no. HQ64G421710xxxxx.

After a few days I wanted to start Windows 10 and got a Bluescreen with error message "ACPI BIOS ERROR".
Then the tablet tried to restart but the screen went black.

Since this happened I can't start the tablet anymore.
When I push the start button nothing happens, screen is black and also the red power on light is no longer there.
I tried already many different variations of powering on, but all without success.

Any idea what I can do?

Try doing this:

1. Leave the ignition button pressed for 30 seconds.
2. When released, press it again 3 times in a row.
3. Put the tablet to charge and check if it turns on

Hi manonegra222,
thank you for your reply.

I tried a few times but no luck.

For additional info the tablet seems to charge (gets hot) and can power the usb port. When I connect the keyboard and press power on the power on led of the keyboard goes on, but screen stays black.

Hi manonegra222,
thank you for your reply.

I understand that the tablet may be loading the system but the screen remains black. Can you see if, in the dark, the screen is illuminated even if it is in black? If so, the problem is the graphic configuration and you can solve it by connecting the tablet to a television screen through the micro HDMI connector. Once you see the contents of the screen you can adjust the graphic settings to work properly.

Hi manonegra222,
even connected to a TV there is no signal. I also tried to connect via adb/fastboot, but the device isn't recognized.

Intenta meter un usb formateado en NTFS con el windows dentro y manten pulsado encendido, a ver si reacciona
