Hi everyone, good night.
I've receceived my Hi10 Pro last week, unfortunately my product has arrived with a little problem on the screen.
I doesn't affect my experience for now so I didn't mind at all.

Anyway

3 days ago the windows  starts to ask for updates, than when they're done the system starts to run slowly.
I've have downloaded an app to update the drivers cause I think that might solve the problem, after that the Windows booted normally 2 times, and never again till now. Stucks on Chuwi screen forever.

I would like to ask if there's a way to turn the tablet back to my restore point or even to the factory settings..
Reinstall Windows is the only solution? And how can I do that without bringin errors to the Android path? How can I do that without a keyboard?
I'm really afraid of make more mistakes and turn everything worst.

Hello lkaiosh,
You can try to restore Windows using standard Microsoft tools by booting from a USB flash drive created to install Windows. But there is a simpler way. You can flash Chuwi factory Windows.

A small problem on the screen?

It will not be like an air bubble? If it were this, with a small suction cup you can remove that air bubble.
