Hello,

I have just unpacked my new chuwi Hi9 Air. It is great, however, the screen-brightness cannot be controlled. Neither up or down.
When I move the slider, nothing changes.
I set the Mirai setting to user-setting and tried to change any other thing like contrast or color also does not change the display.

I have already re-set the device.

Any idea, any solution for this?

Kai

Hello,

This Tablet has no automatic luminosity sensor.
I use this application to manually control the illumination of the screen. https://play.google.com/store/ap ... xlite&hl=es_419
Install the application, give it the permissions you request, then set it to the brightness level you want.
You will always have an access in the notification bar to adjust the brightness.

I installed one of the many screen brightness tools and since then also the built in slider works.
You can close this thread.

Y ...

Also install Engineer Mode MTK Shortcut
Open it and find AAL and set it to off, then reboot
I do NOT work for Chuwi. Please DO NOT pm or email me with problems you may have!
