A built-in microphone does Chuwi LapBook 15.6", Model: CWI 530, have or not???

Almost everywhere they write: Speaker / MIC:        Built-in stereo speakers and microphone.

How ever, I cannot find any built-in microphone:

In the computer is written: No audio devices are installed.
(Windows 10 Settings > System > Sound > Input > No input devices found. And when you click below on: "Device properties" > Sound > Recording > No audio devices are installed)

Just above the keyboard, there are two mic icons with two dots. Are these two dots the built-in microphones or just are these two dots indicator lights? If this is not the built-in microphone, where is the built-in microphone?

Yes, the LapBook 15.6 "is equipped with a stereo microphone.Do not indicate if you have reinstalled the operating system or have the factory system. You should look in the Windows device manager in case there are unknown devices or devices marked with a yellow triangle , which will indicate that drivers are missing or there are problems in any of them, in this case you must download the drivers from the download section of this forum, in the section of the LapBook 15.6 ", and reinstall those that work incorrectly.

I do have what came by post from a dealer. So, probably the factory system. (I have NOT reinstalled anything.)
Device Manager > Audio inputs and outputs > Speakers (Intel SST Audio Device (WDM))

No where is any microphone there.

There is no "unknown devices or devices marked with a yellow triangle "there.

There is just and only there: Speakers (Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)

Yes, I refer to that page, but note that there is a Windows that solves the microphone problem. You must install Windows with that ROM following the instructions in the tutorial that is a little below

So, you' re saying it is NOT possible to just and only download the microphone driver and / or something to make the built-in microphones work?

It seems that not as indicated in the thread whose images I put yesterday. You can try it first with the drivers and if it does not work, you will have to reinstall Windows
