My Hi10 pro has been working ok (i bought it on june' 15) but now doesn't start windows or android, just goes to BIOS setup directly
I've read in another forum that probably eMMC is dead, but i don't know how to check this.

Anyone could please tell me how to check it or confirm if this is the real problem ?

thanks
Rayw

You have damaged Windows startup. You must download a pendrive from the Microsoft site with the media management tool and boot from it. To select the boot USB you must press F7 intermittently after pressing the power button and until a boot system selection screen appears. There you must choose USB and the Windows start will start.
Once you load the menu you must go to advanced options, start repair.
When the process finishes Windows should start already correctly.

No, it's not normal at all. You do not say if you have made any firmware changes or have reinstalled systems.
Since the problem is in both systems I advise you to reinstall the two systems, downloading from the official forum, download section of your tablet model, the rooms that adapt to your tablet according to the serial number that appears on the back .
