Hello,
The error is indicated in the section other devices, it can be a mouse or other peripheral that you have connected to the computer, if you check that everything works well I do not think it will be a problem to leave those drivers without updating. In any case, it is advisable to enable the installation of unsigned drivers in Windows 10 when installing the drivers.

To create a Windows 10 installation medium with the software that Chuwi offers you must have a minimum USB of 8Gb. (If you can 16Gb better)
Format the USB in NTFS.
You put the name WIMPE (uppercase)
Download the image that corresponds to Windows, unzip it and place it in the root of the USB.
With this you will have the installation USB ready, now you must start from this USB in the device, usually by pressing F7 repeatedly until you jump on the screen the option to start with the USB (depending on the equipment can vary the start key), Then the console comes out with which it automatically starts the installation process of Windows 10. If everything goes well when it reaches 100% it will tell you on the screen how to restart the computer to exit the installation medium.

As an example, look at this link: https://forum.chuwi.com/thread-4882-1-1.html
