Hello,

Are you using the original charger?

Have you tried using another charger of the same voltage? Do you have the same problems?

I have the same problem.

I dont think I had this problem when I was using an Aukey 29W charger (as recommended last year). However, I have misplaced that charger and so reverted back to the original keyu charger supplied by Chuwi.

The Aukey 29W is no longer available to purchase. Which replacement charger is now recommended with the Chuwi please ?

Thanx santi.sc.

The YoJock looks like a good option as it can charge phone too. One charger 2 devices. And its cheap at Aliexpress.
