Hi,

First sorry for broken English, french Canadian here

So I change some setting in the bios to get higher ram MHz (1600) and all was working and then when I reset windows (wipe all data even on sd and ect) I dont have sleep option and if i press the power button it crash the system. so I checked in the power setting in windows and no option available . Check in cmd to see all state available by the bios and all state except c0 are available . so i check in bios and see that state limit was to c1 so i press the key to get all default setting and it change to c7 but i didn't get sleep option under windows ... Do anybody have all default option or maybe a command in windows to re force check c state ?

Thank you and have a great day !

Test if these steps work to reset the BIOS

- Connect the charger with the tablet turned off
-Keep the power button pressed until LED stops flashing
-Release quickly and press the power button immediately and hold down for 30 seconds.
-Wait 2 minutes, then turn on the tablet

  1. "I press the power button locks the system."
Copy the Code
Is that normal? Does the Tablet screen go off you mean?

  1. "I do not have a rest option"
Copy the Code
Do you have updates to Windows Update?

Are those the two problems you have?

There is always the option to reinstall, or reset Windows to solve these types of problems, but it is a process that takes several hours. If you want to do this process, and you have doubt ask again.
