when you delete something, download and reboot, everything disappears, reinstalling windows cannot be formatted from an external hard disk either, the drivers are installed, the memory costs SanDisk df 4064. in the BIOS settings and windows, the memory is not in read only

Well instead I think you can try to repair Windows or reinstall the operating system. First, it may be a better option to repair Windows.

You access the Microsoft website to create a pendrive with the means of installing Windows 10.
Then connect that USB on the tablet off and start pressing F7 repeatedly from the keyboard, the Windows installation wizard will start, then you will see a button that says repair Windows, click and follow the steps that appear in the wizard. This process is recommended to always perform it with the charger connected to avoid problems in case the battery runs out.
If it does not work and you want to reinstall Windows from 0, you comment and I send you more information.

Everything seems to indicate that the eMMC is broken. If it is under warranty, there will be a ticket in the seller

Hi,

I got similar sympton  as morphy3.

After few weens worked fine, my chuwi hi10 air returns to its original state after
showing blue screen of Windows and rebooting.  I could not delete installed
application nor change configurations.
I tried to reinstall Windows 10 by USB boot, but the Windows setup stoped meddle
of preparing files to be installed.
I tried to remove disk partitions but it returns original state.

I purchased Chuwi hi10 air from amazon.co.jp at April 15, 2019.   The return period of amazon
is expired.  (It is in the warracy period.)

Where do I ask to repair and change?
