I-m not sure about the max. The minimum power for the charger should be 60W-65W one. I-ve tested with a 65W charger and it worked. with a 25W and 30W charger, no way.
I believe that if you will charge the laptop and use a USB-C Dongle/Dock at same time, it may need a higher power charger to compensate.

One thing I-ve noticed with the 65w, If you are heavily using the laptop, this will stop charging but maintain providing the power. So battery will not drop but will not charge as well.
CHUWI advises that a mininum 65W charger should be used so maybe a BASEUS one with 85W or 100W will handle.
