I lost my Ethernet drivers. What adapter does the Mini PC use — Realtek or something else? The drivers you previously provided do not work. Where can I download the installation file?

Who are you? I can found only: RZBOX5800H-drivers. Those dosnt work. There are not .exe-files for ethernet.

Solved! Shut down the computer by holding the power button for 30 seconds. Restart the computer. All Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and other drivers have been restored. And everything works.
