To whom it may concern,
I have the Chuwi Hi10 which Serial No. is Hi10 Q64G42160503481.
Window 10 is fine but Android comes with some error with something Fastboot Mode.
So please let me know how and what can I do with this situation.

Can I use Hi10 without Window 10, so I can update with new Android version which is higher than 5.1 ??
And also I have a broken touch panel so I only can use with mouth and keyboard instead of touch, therefore, is there any afforderble way to change this? i been changed the panel twice before, I am just curious.
