currently i have issues using mouse on the said tablet like playing in minecraft p.e using mouse and keyboard. the direction of movement of the camera is not correct like when i try to look right it goes downward and when i try to go left it goes upward then when i try to look upward it goes right side
If you can send a video, would be easier to explain to tech
Here’s the video showing the issue of the mouse. You could see there the screen and the mouse movement. As i try to move the mouse sideward it projects to the tablet is going up and down in some specific scenario only, but in another scenario the mouse cursor is good.
Try Chuwi’s firmware page or send their support team your device details. Matching firmware (Hi10 Xpro, T606, YH10XpAB…) is crucial to avoid issues

Tech said that is not a problem of the tablet but maybe of the game and Android issues,. IS possible that you can ask Minecraft?
i have already try this not only in minecraft but in roblox and other mouse supported games. I’ve searched about it, it’s probably about the Android 13(not all) on some models or devices only. the issue might probably solve by android 14 or downgraded to android 12 but i can’t find a way to do it within Chuwi. If you could give me an Android 14 Update or Android 12 System Update it would be Nice to try.
