@Management I need your help to provide all the files from the bios to android to windows to the drives for my device. I have been sending emails to your service@chuwi.com & aftersale@chuwi.com. No one seems to be replying. it’s been more than 1 weeks since I heard from you. and no one is replying to this forum as well. what are we suppose to do if you don’t respond? is this what we get for buying and trusting your products? where is your after service team?
