Corebook x amd Ryzen5 7430u, there are no drivers

S\N JCorBXplY1H25111503. buy in maret.buy in 18.12.2025. There are no drivers for this laptop, the proprietary utility does not find anything, there is nothing on the official website either. WINDOWS 11 x64

Sorry, but I’m not understand, Chuwi’s computers are original Windows 11 installed.

Have you reinstalled Windows 11 again?

If you reinstall the OS, you must do a backup of the drivers before.

yes, I reinstalled the pre-installed version of win 11 home on pro. and I’m not used to backing up drivers, I’m used to having all the drivers on the manufacturer’s website! but Chuwi doesn’t have them. I need ACPI\VEN_AWDZ&DEV_8298

There isn’t much difference between the two versions of Windows.

You can use the Snappy driver installer.

To upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro, it should have been enough to change the product key.

is there a guide on this topic somewhere ? on your website ? I’m entering the laptop’s serial number on your website, but I can’t find the drivers! Why should I make a backup when it’s so difficult to provide me with the drivers for my laptop? You invented it, right?

And why should I beg you for drivers ? when they should be on the flash drive that comes with the laptop ? Please make me a driver pack for my laptop ! Or can’t you do that ?

I think you’re calling the wrong place. This isn’t a technical support service, but a collaborative forum. I’m not a Chuwi employee, just a user of their products like you, who doesn’t get paid to be here and isn’t going to put up with your criticism. Furthermore, it’s a perfectly reasonable idea to back up your system and drivers as soon as you receive the device, since this can save you from problems with driver updates provided by Windows that aren’t fully compatible with your devices.

oh sorry, my fault, I thought you were official tech support ( I’m sorry again. Can you tell me the tech support for chuwi, because I’m already confused (

I know some Chuwi email addresses but I’m not sure if they’re being monitored:

service@chuwi.com
aftersales@chuwi.com
support@chuwi.com

Thanks, this link is working. aftersales@chuwi.com have you sent me a complete driver package , if you want to upload the drivers in the repost ? to have something to answer next time) I think I’m not the first and not the last)

Interesting. If you can send me a download link, I’ll add them to my cloud storage and share them on the forum.

Download and use Snappy driver Installer, I did on 4 laptops from Chuwi and it works perfectly wel.

You should contact Chuwi support.

The letter between p and Y should be an uppercase i (I): JCoBXpIY1H250902121

The same for the initial post in this thread: JCorBXpIY1H25111503

You can download the drivers from the Chuwi page (OS And Driver Download).

Indeed, it already says:

“Tip: Please pay attention to the following easily confused characters when entering your serial number: Capital “I” (eye) ↔ lowercase “l” (L) ↔ capital “L” (L)
Number “0” (zero) ↔ letter “O” (oh)
Number “2” (two) ↔ letter “Z” (zee)
Double-check the serial number on your device label to avoid input errors.”
