When I entered the serial number on the support site to create recovery media, I found that the OS and drivers for the FreeBook I purchased were unavailable for download.

Please provide the Windows 11 OS and drivers.

Can't update / download drivers etc

Use normal Windows, wifi drivers from Intel. After install download Snappy and run it. It will find all your drivers you need.
