It depends on what you’ve done: how you got into the boot loop.
What happens when you start the tablet ? What’s displayed on the screen ?

I start a tablet after a bought, then turn it on, now i can see a chuwi logo then a black screen then chuwi logo again

I just need a firmware to flash it
