My name is Cristian, and before publishing this post, I read a lot of topics, but maybe that’s why I made a mess.
So: I have a Chuwi HI12 dual Z8300 Q64G455161000708. After many years of hard work, I’ve decided to give it a good clean, and if possible, an Android update.
So, I’m asking for your help, along with links to download drivers and software, and a short tutorial to avoid mistakes.

The Android operating system has a set update schedule.
As far as I know, this is a user forum; Chuwi support doesn’t monitor it.
The Chuwi website has a support section.
