Hi10 Xpro Does not reboot

Hello Chuwi Team / Community,

I’m locked out of my Hi10X Pro tablet and I can’t reset it using Recovery Mode, and Google’s erase command didn’t work. I’d like to ask if there is a posiible solution so that i can unlock my tablet because my brother say he does´nt remember the password thankyou.

Tablet details:

  • Model: Hi10X Pro (Unisoc T606)
  • Serial Number: i forgot the serial number but i know the ime
  • IME:867615060911754

The Serial number should be on the small piece where you place the SIm Card, on a corner. I need it to give you the files to reinstall
