What type of headphones are you connecting ?
The same thing happens when connecting wired or Bluetooth headphones ?

I’m thinking Chuwi is using an older Intel CPU
The computer had Windows 10 when you bought it ?
No, it’s less then a year old, and came with Windows !! installed
