Hello, my hipad don´t charge and i can´t start OS.
I´ve already sent two emails to Chuwi support and i´m still waiting for an answer… How can i solve this technical issue?
It’s possible that the power controller on the tablet has died, to put it bluntly (mine is also dying like a time bomb, now it charges at a maximum of 75%), You can take it to a service center and ask them to change the power controller or buy another tablet (better at best)
