Just recieved my HiPad XPro. On the web site chuwi claims that Hipad X Pro have support for 1 TB TF card but in the user manual it says only 128 GB. What is the correct values???
It supports 1TB RAM, but 128GB for TF.
Og, I am so sorry. No, no. It does certainly NOT support 1 TB in RAM! That is the kind of RAM you will find in big mainframe computers! I suggest you read the website describing the HiPad XPro. This issue regards the TF Card. And it would be very interesting to describe how you would install 1 TB of RAM in a small pad. Thanks for the answer although slightly misleading.

Hello again. Thank you for your answer. Well, it is reasonably clear that the people creating the website “chuwi.com” does not know or understand to much regarding computers. They tell us that it is expandable up to 1 TB and also show it in a graphic display in the page below. Very clearly! But what is even worse, they also claim that the pads memory storage device is a ROM!!! And so do even you express it. That is very wrong! A ROM is a Read Only Memory and only contain software from the system manufacturer to be read and it is not ever possible to be written to!!! The memory storage of the pads and the other computers is a kind of SSD! So - I can easly see that you have a lot of cleaning to do. So, as you see. It is no doubt that the memory storage is expandable o 1 TB.

There is no need to change anything. What we have in the Tablets is not a SSD,
Hi10 Xpro memory is eMMC ;Hipad Xpro memory is UMCP ; all of them are glued to the motherboard, so we call them ROM.
Most of the users what they want to know is how much storage, 128GB, 512GB, they will not go so deep on the features on tablets. Specially because in order to open the tablets you need special tools or go to a store.
For the External Card, i confirmed and Tech here checked that 512GB is supported. And the motherboard provider, they checked and 1GB supposedly is supported. When my colleagues in the store wrote all the information. it was long time ago, and at that time, it was not clear 1TB external would be supported, and then they changed it. So thats why on some places it appears 128GB only for External Card and in others 1TB . Because Technology changes over time

Please customers sometimes should give us a break , the people inside company we are humans, not everything can be so perfect, specially on computers that technology changes so fast. Not every person working on a company that sell computers should be an expert on computers. So sometimes even on the deepest descriptions is hard. We try our best. And every time there is a mistake, you guys point it, we ask and we change it if neccesary .
So if you want to read the features in detail i recommend you to go to the store directly to the product .Not in the mainwebpage, the store is always much more updated than the main webpage.
