Need BIOS update for CWI530-508E2E1HRMXX

Hi support!

My laptop work very unstable. Turing off suddenly with max coolers speed. The item was bought in Citilink store (Russia) in the end of 2023. I tried OS/drivers update, some BIOS settings to limit TPW but no effect at all. I hope BIOS update will help. Please advise there I can get it.

We do not have BIOS update , it is just the BIOS that came with it. Maybe its hardware issue and not BIOS. We suggest you to send it to a repair place and ask what could it be
