Reset my CHUWI HiP AirQ tablet to factory settings and forget the PIN code

I restarted my tablet to factory settings and it asks me for the PIN code which I don’t have.

I bought it second-hand and I don’t have access to the account with which it was set up the first time. I already factory reset it several times and it keeps asking for the pin code. What else can I do?
