Sound does not work

I have Larkbox X with serial number SLarBXGZ1H2240704843 which is new, and sound does not work.

It is configurated using Senary Audio, the only option given, but no way. After a few tries I’ve tried updating drivers using DriverBooster, but still does not work.

Can you help me, please?

It’s new, how long have you had it ?
After what did you do, it stopped working ?

Its new, sound did not work when I tested it. I only installed a few apps previously, such as emule, avg, vlc
