Touchscreen on my Hi10 is working not correct

The touchscreen of my Chuwi Hi10, model CWI529, Hi10 PQ64G42161103170 does not work properly in Windows10 (the touchpoint is a certain distance away from the finger contact point). After reinstalling the system, it still does not work, there are no unknown devices in the device manager. Please help.
