There are many files choose from but all are for units below my serial number

Any way to remove the inicial boot screen if I already removed the android partition?
I’m currently running elementary OS linux on the tablet but I keep getting the android OS selection screen. I need to press F7 and pick linux after the timer ends or pressing ok, to get to grub.

- Remove the dual menu: To remove the dual boot option when turning on the tablet
-You run the SwitchNOW application from the shortcut on the Windows desktop.
-You click No when you skip the question Are you sure you switch to Android?
-You select to disable.
-Reboot and check that the dual start menu no longer appears.
Hello manonegra222, I have installed Linux Mint on my CHUWI Hi12 z8350 tablet but did not change the dual boot mode, because I bought the tablet with an non running WIN10 installation, The tablet ask for a password but nobody knows it. So I installed WIN 10 by using the media creation tool of MS.
But the tablet runs very slowly, so I decided to give Linux Mint a chance. I wiped off the whole disk while installing Linux Mint. But now the tablet starts in dual mode menu and wants to start Android, which is not installed anymore. There is no other item to choose.
The only way to start Linux ist typing F7 while starting and the choose ubuntu. Is there a posibility to delete the dual menu in order to start Linux after booting the system without typing F7?
Do I have to install Win 10 again just for running the SwitchNow app or does the app run in a Windows mode of Linux as well?
The only solution to eliminate the dual menu is to install Windows and disable the initial boot selection menu as indicated in the tutorial. Boot selection can be changed by pressing volume + and volume - (and holding) immediately on the power button

Thank you for your tutorial was rather more easy to do than i thought. But i have ran into a problem, well rather two lol
Since i have removed android and not running just windows under batteries it now just only shows “Microsoft AC Adapter” if i remember before hand it didnt so im now unable to show battery percentage in the task bar, as when i look at turn icons on/off it shows power as on but its greyed out.
Also under sensors, I have Bosch Accelerometer with the dreaded traingle of doom (this device cannot start. Code 10.

I have manage to track down some but not sure if they are the correct ones for my machine.
As they don’t seem to have anything for the battery in them, or could that be a bios thing
The tablet will only work now with power cable plugged in, was all working fine before removed android
