After Window Update, the screen is gone and black. Only screen backlight is on

I updated windows11 with my minibook x N150 model.
All of sudden, the screen was hazed and buzzed. In the end, I can hardly read the screen.
Then, I tried to reinstall the windows 11 and everything seemed fine but all of sudden the screen is gone.

Now, I can see nothing but the keyboard backlight is possible to turn on and off. That’s all…

I contacted chuwi service center but no reply at all.

My service ticket number is 32181.
Normally how long does it take to get any action from the service center or Chuwi?

How did you update Windows:
With Windows Update.
With a new installation, where did you download it from?

Just window auto update.
I downloaded the window from this forum to reinstall it.

Not even close to install the drivers.
Once I reinstalled the windows, the screen was gone right away.

I saw and my colleagues replied you on 7th and gave you the address for repair.

Since I returned my laptop to Chuwi service, there is not update yet from 25th of April.

How long does it take to repair or what’s the status of service?
