Hello. I had the same problem of 2021 Hipad X 10.1 screen. In fact the touch-screen flex cable is weak and tears too easily in case of falling. I am dealing with very kind people at Chuwi Service.com. Be careful: do not purchase screen from dealers who do not master various models even tagged for Hipad X.
Finally Chuwi support was not able to provide the touch screen or screen assembly and refunded me.
What a pity to throw a nice tablet bought in 2021. Bye Chuwi, will buy elsewhere.
