Black screen, need firmware to reflash

Hi All!
Glad to become a member of this community :slight_smile:
This night I turned on night mode and it caused the tablet hanging. So I restarted it by long press on power button. After that the screen stays black. I can reboot by long press on power or power+volume and it buzzes loudly when it reboots. When I connect to windows with USB cable, the tablet is seen as “unknown device”.
So I installed the tool which I found in the neighboring topic, watched the tutorial, but I don"t have the right firmware. I don"t have the serial number unfortunately, it was probably on the box which I threw away.

Is it possible to point me to the right firmware if I have this info: Hi10 XPRO, Type CWI559, bought in July 2023 on Amazon (CHUWI Hi10 Xpro Tablet 10.1 Inch, 4GB RAM + 128GB ROM, Android 13 Tablet, Unisoc T606 Octa-Core 2.0Ghz, 1280x800FHD, 5MP + 8MP, 5000mAh, 4G LTE / 5G WiFi/GPS/BT 5.0/ Widevine L1: Amazon.de: Computer & Accessories)
I really hope I can reanimate my tablet with your help.

le probleme n est pas de votre manipulation vous faite l objet d un virus qui rend invisible votre ddure
il faut imperativement le remplacer vous ne pourrez pas corriger

ses votre stokage vous avez un virus qui blocque toutes intervention
il faut le remplacer hdd ou tout arreter

you might be right but I would like to try to rewrite the firmware first. The data is lost in any case and the warranty is over because it was bought in 2023.

essayer de couper l alimentation de la carte mere !! pendant 2 h et appuyer sur marche pour decharger !!

Yes, I did. I hold the volume button, connect the cable. It downloads something but then it fails after 27 seconds.

As the screen stays balck, I don’t really know if the tablet is turned on or off. If I press power or volume, it’s buzzing. As I understand, it should be turned off, not powered at all during that flashing procedure. So I guess I have to wait a few days until the battery is discharged, right?
