Bluetooth completely missing on Chuwi CoreBook X (Ryzen 5)

Hi everyone,

I am having a frustrating issue with the Bluetooth on my Chuwi CoreBook X (Ryzen 5). The adapter is either missing from the Device Manager or not detecting any devices at all.

  • Model/Specs: Chuwi CoreBook X (Ryzen 5)

  • Serial Number: JCoBXplY1H250702578

  • Problem: Bluetooth is unresponsive. Wi-Fi works fine, but Bluetooth devices are not detected.

  • Troubleshooting already done:

    • I tried to solve it using several Realtek drivers, but they didn’t work either, probably because they were not compatible.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

You reinstalled Windows.
You didn’t back up the drivers from Windows.

You can download the operating system and drivers from the Chuwi website, in the “Support” and “Downloads” sections.
