HI,

You’ve installed all the drivers.
The archive has eight folders and two batch files.
Yes, I’ve tried both versions 5_6_AX210 and 5_6_RZ616.
It doesn’t work:frowning:
You can contact support from the Chuwi website.
Write to service@chuwi.com may be a hardware issue if you already installed and dont work
You can find out if it is a HW issue pretty quickly. Simply insert an USB stick with some Linux distribution. Pop OS is pretty nice and bluetooth works as a charm although I’ve installed it but I don’t think it is required. Just boot into it and test.
I’m in the same situation, Windows seems to detect a generic Bluetooth radio but when searching for any Bluetooth peripherals, nothing is shown.
I tried from a Ubuntu live usb and it worked so seems not to be a hardware issue.
I installed all the Bluetooth drivers I found in forums and searching in internet but no success.
Does anyone got any answer from Chuwi support about where to find a solution?
Did you install a fresh windows? but it was not the windows we provide, because many times is that issue, you need to install our windows and drivers.
If cannot find there, write to service@chuwi.com and they will give you
Yes, I used a fresh windows iso because in the url you provided, I’m getting the same response all the time I put the serial number of my Ubox:
“Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service”
I already sent an email to service@chuwi.com so now I’m just waiting for their answer.
Thanks.
