I tried getting it into getting it into recovery mode just like my old chuwi tab with no luck.

I wrote an email yesterday to the official support contact the reply is the same using combo buttons to go recovery mode which don’t work at all.
The download site isn’t working with your serial number.
You can request that they send you the operating system and drivers.
I resent them an email in how the combo buttons it doesn’t work and requesting the firmware again hoping they’ll send it :<
