I understand that your Chuwi is Hi10 Pro CWI 529 which is the dual operating system model (Android + Windows) since the Hi10 Air is only Windows.
Personally, I advise you to only install Windows since it will update normally and, however, Android is 5.1 and will not receive any update so there will already be many applications from the play store that will not even work under that system.
