I have been in hospital and recovery home for some months and find I have forgotten my unlock pattern to start my tablet. After trying many times to get into the method of getting back to factory settings I find that I cannot do that it will not go into the correct format. I am at my wits end and cannot manage without the android side of my tablet as it has all my music on which I am keen to get back to.
If anyone can help me I would be very grateful. I have been all over ‘the net’ to find a cure but to no avail.
