My Hi12 had received a windows update, however when the tablet rebooted, it got to saying preparing on the boot screen, then gives a message that there was an error during the install and that it needs to restart.
tried to go to boot into android, where it asked for the passkey. when entered says pass key is correct, but that data has been corrupted and need to do a reset. allowed it to reboot for the reset, but then that also error out
Now left unable to boot to either windows or Android, and would appreciate any help in restoring the tablet to working condition
