When I charged my laptop 3 hours ago, it was turned off. I thought it would charge even when it is turned off but a while ago I tried to open it hoping that it might have a higher battery percentage, it still has the same battery percentage as when I shut it down. Is this normal? Does it need to be opened every time I charge it??
This sound like either a connection problem ‘‘wire to laptop or wire to wall, or powersupply to wire’’ Or a power supply connexion. Make sure all is well connected and taht you see a plug-in notification before closing the laptop.
