My laptop loses more than 10% of its battery overnight! Turned off! If I charge it and do not turn it on for 7-8 days, it cannot be turned on for 9 days because the battery is empty! Is there any help?
Ive got the same problem. I think the cuestion is de battery. Its dying. Had you fixed it?
Within Windows and quite a lot of apps still work even if your device is switched off. This is probably the reason why your battery shows a reduced level.
No! I was not able to solve the problem. in the meantime the battery died so it can only work on the charger. as soon as I remove the charger, it turns off.
