I was doing something in my laptop, then the “battery was running low” notification popped up. Before I was able to reach the charger, the laptop suddenly shutdown. I charged the laptop till it was full but still the laptop won’t turn on.
My Lapbook Pro is 6 months old. Also I’m using this laptop almost 12 hours/day.
Sudden shutdown in case of power shortage can damage the file system or bios.
Try to hold power button for 20 seconds, If that doesn’t help, try charging something from the laptop, if the charge goes, then try discharging the laptop completely and leave it discharged for several hours.
If nothing helps it’s better to apply for warranty repair.
