Good Day! I have a problem with my Lapbook Pro which hard shuts down randomly when the battery is low when not connected to the charger. Laptop is around 4 months old. Upon searching the internet, this seemed to be a battery problem. Is it possible to claim a replacement battery through the warranty? is it possible just to replace it myself? The device is overall great but I was annoyed by this problem recently and random shutdowns is a pain especially when i’m working on something.
