Chuwi Aubox 8745HS suddenly stopped dectecting the NVME SSD

  4. Problem:
    Yesterday when I rebooted the device it went straight to the BIOS because it didn’t recognize the NVME SSD it came with (both M.2 SSD NVME said ‘Not Installed’), but I rebooted two or three times and then I finally managed to boot successfully.

    Two days later the same thing happened again and now it doesn’t recognize the NVME SSD regardless of how many times I tried rebooting.

    Is there anything I can do besides opening the box and plug/unplug the SSD and sending it back to Chuwi? This is not a normal behavior for a 3 months old device…
