Yes, the problem is with the Bios . After disconnecting the battery, it constantly tries to flash and won’t turn on.

When you turn it on, what update notification is displayed?
The BIOS never asked me for updates.
When the computer won’t turn on:
It could be that the operating system isn’t working.
You have to press a key to enter the BIOS.

How old is the laptop?
It could be that the battery is dead and it’s telling you that you need to configure the BIOS.

Thank you for your time. I have already fixed the device, and the problem was with the Bios firmware. I brought in another identical device, used a programmer to read the Bios from it, cleaned the ME and serial numbers, and flashed them into the previous device. Now everything is working properly.

Next time when you buy a laptop consider choosing brands that have better customer, technical and software support.

You are right, Chuwi is not good in aftersales service. I am waiting now 63 days for repairing my laptop wich only 8 monts old.

If I have a problem, I’m dead.

My intention was not to criticize but just to comment that this is the industry where you get what you pay for. Chuwi products are much cheaper than rest of the known international brands.

My region specific Amazon customers have rated Chuwi laptops just 3.1 out of 5 means a number of users are facing either technical or service related issues.
